Any way, my question is, why does my bill show Internet usage for the days I was without a useable phone? The one Virgin refuses to repair stating 'liquid damage'.
Did you keep the SIM at home or send it in with the broken handset?
And I assume the SIM hasn't been put in another handset?
(Apologies if I'm insulting your intelligence by even asking that, but it's got to be done.)
Sorry to hear you've seen data used even though your phone was in for repair.
