Internet connection

I cannot get connected to the Internet . I have virgin BB. I've contacted them and done everything they asked no problems detected and now my phone won't connect to Internet. Cannot get any web pages.

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with your internet connection on your mobile. Has this been sorted out for you since your post?

If you are still having a problem with this, we will need to take more information from you in order to find out what's causing the problem.

Please let us know the following:

  • Are you able to get any connection via WiFi or mobile data?
  • Have you reset the broadband router?
  • Are other devices able to connect to the internet via WiFi and mobile data?
  • Have you reset your mobile handset?
  • What's the handset make/model and OS?
  • Are you able to try your SIM card in a different device? Does it connect to the internet?
