Are you able to get any connection via WiFi or mobile data?
Have you reset the broadband router?
Are other devices able to connect to the internet via WiFi and mobile data?
Have you reset your mobile handset?
What's the handset make/model and OS?
Are you able to try your SIM card in a different device? Does it connect to the internet?
