Into my 3rdweek of a 4 week assignment in Africa and STILL unable to receive/make international calls!
This is causing me huge problems with work as my Office/my colleagues and also my family have beenunable to get hold of me.
I have already rang Virgin’s helpline 3 times from a local landline (at great expense!). All 3 people I spoke to apologised and said that everything would be back to normal within 24 hrs but so far: NOTHING!
Hugely disappointed with Virgin!
Anyone out there has any idea how to solve this problem?
