My insurance company needs proof of usage (phone imei number) and last date and time i called when i lost my phone and when did i ring virgin to report its lost.
I have been asking virgin this from 22nd November and no information has been given, all the Customer services agents give completely different answers.
Spoken to virgin almost every day since i lost the phone, have been told to send the letter to backoffice if you need all this information.
Sent the letter twice still no reply.
Worst customer services ever.
From my understanding of the issue, Virgin can only supply the IMEI for a handset that they have supplied.
Your insurance company should know this.
All i want this in the letter, it cant be that hard to put that in the letter.
