Incorrect charges on my mobile account

I see that I have been charged for a premium text.  

 

The text in question which contained just one word was sent to another mobile on my account and should be included as all other texts in my bundle.  

 

 

Why have I been charged for a standard text.  Please can you shed light on this

Does the number start with 700 or a short code number i.e a 5 digit number or is it a full mobile number??
