I've received the wrong sim size how can I reorder?

you need to give the Virgin mobile team a call on 789 from a Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone & request a new SIM of the correct size.
Unless sending you the wrong size SIM was Virgin's error, you may have to pay for postage: 99p standard or £2.99 for next day.

are you sure that the SIM you have received isn't one of the 3 in 1 "push out to size" type?
it's a standard size SIM but if you look you should be able to push out the Micro or Nano size.
Thank you so much for your quick response, unfortunately it is not a 3 in 1. Can you please advise how I can request a replacement? Many thanks in advance.
...or if you've received a smaller SIM than the one you need, you can just get an adapter from Tesco. It's a fiver, so not as cheap as getting a replacement, but it is less prone to administrrative errors which might plague your new order.
