Sorry to hear you've had some trouble with roaming while in France. We want to get this all sorted for you. Did you give us a call before traveling to enable your roaming feature?
If not, try and log in to your online account here and try to enable your roaming by going to Plans and Devices > Manage services > Enable roaming.
If you're still having issues after this, give us a call on +447953967967 from any other phone and we'll get this sorted.
