INTERMITTENT LOSE OF SIGNAL

I am receiving a bad signal my phone doesnt show any no signal it shows some bars but people are unable to call me or text. I have had to reset my network settings several times. Also spoken to vm aboit this issue previously and they have said to switch off my mobile date and change the setting to 2g when connected to wifi. I have put up with this for a few weeks and its not getting any better. I want answers.

Re: INTERMITTENT LOSE OF SIGNAL

HI David63,

Sorry to hear you've had some trouble with the signal in your area. I want to get this all sorted. Can you PM me your postcode so I can check this out for you?

Let me know once you've sent this over.

Thanks,

Mat

Re: INTERMITTENT LOSE OF SIGNAL

Hi David63,

Thanks for your reply.

We will be more than happy to speak to EE regarding this. But as I mentioned, the coverage is poor in the area. EE are in charge of rectifying this as it's their masts.

Thanks,

Mat

Re: INTERMITTENT LOSE OF SIGNAL

Its still your company that provides my service tho. You should be rectifying it as it is affecting your customers.

Re: INTERMITTENT LOSE OF SIGNAL

Hi David63.

I can completely understand where you're coming from. As the coverage is low in your area, EE are in charge of improving this and not Virgin Mobile.

Poor coverage would require an upgraded mast or a new one entirely. This choice lies with EE as they're our network providers.

I feel we're going round in circles with this with little progress. I've passed on some advice regarding the network selection. If you could give this a go for me and update me on the progress.

Thanks,

Mat

No we arent going round in circles atall. The reason you say that is because you refuse yo accept responsibility for this issue fact.

Re: INTERMITTENT LOSE OF SIGNAL

Hi David63,

I can't claim responsibility for masts that don't belong to us. Because there's no faulty mast, it's EE's choice if they want to install a new mast or upgrade a current one.

This is beyond our control.

Mat

Re: INTERMITTENT LOSE OF SIGNAL

You can its your company who is providing me with a service regardless who provides your company with the service is irrelevant. Your company should be getting onto EE on behalf of their customers. At the end of the day i am not a EE customer i am a Virgin Mobile customer.
