I am receiving a bad signal my phone doesnt show any no signal it shows some bars but people are unable to call me or text. I have had to reset my network settings several times. Also spoken to vm aboit this issue previously and they have said to switch off my mobile date and change the setting to 2g when connected to wifi. I have put up with this for a few weeks and its not getting any better. I want answers.
You can its your company who is providing me with a service regardless who provides your company with the service is irrelevant. Your company should be getting onto EE on behalf of their customers. At the end of the day i am not a EE customer i am a Virgin Mobile customer.
