Why is it nearly every month I have to phone Virgin Mobile up and make a complaint? My tariff is sim only-15 Minutes 600 Texts 2500 Mobile Web 500MB.
All for £ 15.00 less credit £10.00 So why do you keep charging me £15.00 then I have to phone Virgin up to complain that should only be charged £5.00. also so why am i seeing on my bill Premium Texts charged for then credit. What is going on? Why is it so difficult to find out how i can send this email? I have phone up 789 and both times it replied, try again later. I have notice that signing in is much improved and quicker.
