I want to end my agreement

I have two mobile accounts and wish to end one.
I do not wish to call as want to have a paper trail to make reference to if needed.
I would be greatful if a member of staff would contact me via email. Thank you.

Re: I want to end my agreement

Hi sistad,

Virgin Mobile do not have an email address.

As mentioned, notice of cancellation must be given by speaking to one of the Team (789 / 0345 6000 789).

Or in writing.

Re: I want to end my agreement

Hi sistad,

if you do not wish to give notice of cancellation by calling the Virgin Team on 789 (free) from your mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.

Then you can do so in writing, addressed to:

Virgin Media
PO Box 333
Matrix Court
Swansea
SA7 9ZJ

Please ensure that along with your intent to cancel you give your full name and address, VM phone number and prefered contact details.

Re: I want to end my agreement

Why do you not have email?
In the eyes of the law this is now a legal document?
Seems very strange that you don't.

Re: I want to end my agreement

Hi sistad

I'm sorry to hear you're going to be cancelling one of your handsets with us.

I just wanted to check if you've managed to get this sorted out or if you still require some assistance with this?

Many thanks

Re: I want to end my agreement

Hi Sistad,

Thank you for coming back and letting us know about the handset, I am very sorry to learn that this is something you have been charged with.

I would like to ask as to why this has charged you, have you had the phone for more that 14 days?

Please stay in touch.

Ben

Re: I want to end my agreement

Hi Sistad,

Thank you for your responce on the mobile query, I would like to know was there any reason of not getting in touch with us sooner?

If you have any documentation stating you only wished to have one contract, we'd be more than happy to help you.

Many thanks.

Ben

Re: I want to end my agreement

You can record calls on your smartphone, if that's what you're using. There are numerous apps that do it, and it's far harder to forge a recording than an email.
