I posted a complaint on 31/12 but still havent had confirmation of receipt. I'm pretty annoyed that I cant Email these details as its easy for VM to then deny receipt. Has anybody got an Email address I can contact?
Virgin mobile no longer have a contact email address.
For a complaint you can use their Make a formal complaint contact page but this just gives a phone contact or postal address (hopefully the one you used?).
