I've got Virgin Media Protect but Phone hasn't been repaired
I've got a Nokia Lumia 735 on contract with you guys, I pay £4 a month for Virgin Media Protect + my tarrif. Recently I dropped my phone and the screen shattered, went through your procedure for having it repaired and everything seemed fine.
8 days after posting it (Royal Mail had no record of it arriving at you guys, they were ready to consider the item lost), I got my phone back. Still broken with a letter saying I never responded to you. Well, you didn't email me on my virgin mobile email adress thats for certain and I'm pretty sure I couldn't answer my phone for obvious reasons.
So, you didn't contact me at all and now I still have a broken phone. What is the virgin media protect insurance for, if not for accidents like this?
