I paid £20 for data roaming for phone in France but cannot access so how do I get refund?
I cannot access data roaming on my phone in France and paid £20 for bundle so how do I get an immediate refund? I am not prepared to pay expensive phone charges to maybe get no help and further reduce my balance. I really want to email to Virgin but this facility does not appear to be available. Web site not really very helpful! Is there an email contact?
