I ordered a phone on Sunday and received an email saying there had been a glitch. How will I know if I have been accepted?
this "glitch" has been going on four months now.
I'm afraid that the only way is to either try calling customer services on 789 from a Virgin mobile if you have one.
Or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.
Alternatively this post should eventually get picked up by one of the Virgin Mobile team who may respond to you.
