I ordered 1 Contract SIMS and got 2 in the post. Am I getting billed for 2?

Hi,

A couple days ago, I ordered a Contract SIM Only Deal and this morning, I received 2 Contract SIMS in the post. I don't want 2, I have no use for 2 and more importantly, I didn't pay for 2. AM I going to get billed for 2 every month? Do I send 1 back? Please respond promptly as I don't want a silly mistake ruining my credit score.

Welcome to he communitySmiley Happy and thanks for posting your query.

 

My apologies for the extra SIM being sent out to you this isn't normally the case.

 

I couldn't be sure if these SIMS represent two separate rolling SIM contracts.

 

I would recommend calling our mobile team so we can check this for you. Please call us on 789 or 0345 6000 789 so we can get this sorted for you.

Hi,

No, it isn't sorted yet. It turns out I have been billed for 2. Will I be able to cancel 1 without it affecting my credit score?

Thanks for getting back to us, I'd recommend contacting the team so we can clear security and take a closer look at this for you. You can call on 789 from any Virgin handset or 0345 6000 789.
