I realized its a common problem that you wont get your email confirmation after an order. Will I still get my phone any way? I can't call as the only phone I own is broken (the reason i'm buying a new phone.) I understand that the best solution is to call but since I cant does anyone know if the phone will be shipped without it.
I appreciate your apprehension and dilemma with not having another phone to call.
However I'm sure that no other member of this forum can know about the status of your order.
If you are able to borrow another phone or use a payphone to call Virgin Mobile customer services on 0345 6000 789 (standard rate call or included in any minutes). Then you would be best advised to do so.
Otherwise this post may get responded to by one of the Virgin team on this forum (but that could take a few days).
