I am currently in Spain, cannot use my phone, cannot log into my account as it says it doesn't exist, apparently my phone number isn't registered either. What the hell is going on?? I would like to talk to virgin media online as we have free WiFi at the hotel, BUT " contact us" IS USELESS
you may be able to get online help using the Contact Us web chat option but unfortunately the advisors are almost always busy and ideally you are best using a PC or laptop for this and keeping the page open, just refresh it until an advisor is free.
Your best option would be to use another phone to call.
