As above. People are still receiving calls/messages from me with this temporary crossover number. Is this an O2 issue or something Virgin needs to address?

I'm guessing your waiting on a number port. Is this correct?
If that's the case I would call our mobile team on 789 or alternatively on 0345 6000 789 so we can take a look at this for you.
