I've been on "big data and texts" for a long time. I topped up £15 in June and in July I was charged for all my texts, but not charged for my data - any reason why? When I called 789 it said I had loads of free texts left.
I have no idea why this might have occurred. If you log into your Virgin Mobile account and check the charges.
Confirm that they are for text message charges to a UK mobile (not MMS picture messages or other).
If you then contact customer services (free call 789) I am sure that they will reimburse you and hopefully offer an explanation.

Helpdesk had no idea why it happened either - they credited the texts to my account and said they would refund the money, however I am still waiting.........

Any idea how long I should wait for my refund - it's nearly 3 weeks now..............?
