I'm trying to phone the Uk from my mobile, keep getting unauthorised number.
This is only guess. Maybe "International call barring" has been turned on in your account, you can check this by logging into your online account.

Did you mange to get this sorted.
As tea bag mentioned you will need to log into your account and go to plan and device then click the manage services tab.
You can move the relevant slider to the option you wish and click update. You are then presented with a green successfully changed message.
The service change may take up to 24hrs to take effect.
