I'm abroad and have "no service" anywhere, tried switching on /off

Been abroad many times recently with no problems, but this time I'm NOT connecting to any service provider!! Any ideas ? Tried to access chat service but can't find 1 !!

Hi Wiley,

 

you can click here for chat: Help and Support - Contact Us > Mobile > Mobile not working > Chat online.

The advisors are often busy though so you may not get connected straight away.
(I would recommend keeping the page open and refresh it every few minutes).

 

Have you already checked the settings are correct in your account?
(Some customers have reported on this forum that for them "Roaming" had reset itself in their account).

Log into your Virgin Mobile account then click on  the "Plan and device" tab.

Go to "Manage my services" check that "Roaming" is ON & "International call barring" is OFF.

Also, check your phone's settings to ensure that roaming is enabled on the handset.
