I lost my phone a couple of weeks ago...

...Amazingly, I can't phone the lost/stolen helpline, due to losing my phone and no longer having it, so I can't order a new SIM. Also, I've moved house and can't change my address because apparently I'm not the person who registered for my phone, so now I'm in communication limbo...

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear you've lost your phone. This is never a pleasant experience.

 

Are you able to use someone else's phone? The number you need is 0345 6000 789. I urge you to let us know as soon as possible so we can put a block on it.
