Well.... This all fills me with confidence. Seems there is a few of us in the same boat. And that's just the very few of that could be bothered to find this forum, register and leave a comment!!! I'm left wondering if I want to enter into a contract with Virgin at all.... If they can't be bothered to get us set up and accept us as customers with open arms quickly and easily, how night they treat us when they final do!?! HHHMMMMM???? C.
