I have two numbers on one phone!

A bit strange this one.

I moved from O2 to Virgin before Christmas when I bought a new phone and gave my PAC code. Now, people can phone my old number and my new phone rings. But when I phone out they get a call from my "new" number i.e. the one that my new SIM had.

Its like my PAC code has only half worked. Can this be sorted out?

Cheers,
Graham

HI beekyg

Sometimes it just needs a little work done by the porting team . If you ring Virgin Customer Services on 0345 6000 789

Request they speak to mobile number porting to rectify the issue Smiley Happy

Re: I have two numbers on one phone!

I called Customer Services and after asking what phone I had (it's an iPhone), they told me to go to settings and turn off iMessage and Facetime, turn off the phone, then back on and reactivate iMessage and Facetime.

I won't know whether it worked or not until I can call someone and ask what number came through, but the settings on those services show my correct number so fingers crossed! Annoyingly, I didn't make a note of what it said before, but never mind.

Cheers,

Graham
