I moved from O2 to Virgin before Christmas when I bought a new phone and gave my PAC code. Now, people can phone my old number and my new phone rings. But when I phone out they get a call from my "new" number i.e. the one that my new SIM had.
Its like my PAC code has only half worked. Can this be sorted out?
I called Customer Services and after asking what phone I had (it's an iPhone), they told me to go to settings and turn off iMessage and Facetime, turn off the phone, then back on and reactivate iMessage and Facetime.
I won't know whether it worked or not until I can call someone and ask what number came through, but the settings on those services show my correct number so fingers crossed! Annoyingly, I didn't make a note of what it said before, but never mind.
