I have tried the code template **61* etc

to lengthen the rings on my phone before going to voicemail but get the following message: call forwarding connection problem or invalid MMI code. when no reply for all basic services. Can anyone help?

*#67#    Will show you the full Voicemail number for your phone (not VM shortcut 222), it will be near the same as your mobile number.

Got my VM number and entered in numerous ways - as indicated on the forum link you gave me -  but still comes up with call forwarding connection problem... etc.... :-(

Is your Voicemail otherwise working and what it saying on your Mobile site?

Disable it and enable it again (takes a good few mins to do each as changes do not take immediately.

Tried the code again today and it worked!!

 

Mind you I did log into my account via the phone (but didn't do anything whilst in the account) but whether that helped I've no idea....
