I have been called a liar by virgin call centre staff!!!!

I upgraded my 30 day rolling tariff online and it clearly stated 3 months half price but I have been charged the full rate, I have spoken to customer services who wouldn't believe me and even visited the Cambridge branch and both myself and the sales assistant have been called liars by the virgin call centre staff even though we have both sent them screen shots of this offer. Can anyone advise on who I can speak to to sort this out?

Anyone else having the same problem?
