Many thanks for letting me know Fletch. At least I now know that I have not done something wrong.
Does anyone know how to correct this?
I have rang Virgin but the first person I spoke to did not understand what the problem was and put me through to technical but neither of us could understand each other (must have been the Mumbai office).
If I can't use the mobile for emails I might just send it back to Virgin.
