I have a Virgin iPhone 5s. I arrived in Rome Italy today to find that I cannot connect to any signal.

I am based in England. I have a Virgin iPhone 5s. I arrived in Rome Italy today to find that I cannot connect to any signal (apart from hotel and cafe Wifi) This happened to me last month in Thailand and meant that i could neither make nor receive any calls. This never was a problem with my old network. What can i do?

Welcome to the forums Smiley Happy

 

I'm really sorry that you're having issues with roaming. We can get this all sorted for you.

 

Roaming can now be activated via your online account Smiley Happy All you'll need to is log in here then go to Plans and Devices > Manage Services > Enable roaming. Once this is enabled, roaming will be up and running within 24 hours.

 

Let me know how you get on with this.
