I have 2 virgin 30day rolling contract sims which i cannot register

According to customer services they are registered to other people,how when they are new, I was told that it would take 24hrs to fix this on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday is there anyone else i can contact to resolve this.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm very sorry to hear your new SIM Only contracts have been registered in someone else's name.

 

I imagine a form has been submitted to get the name amended but there may be a delay for some reason hence why the 24 hours has now expired.

 

I'd definitely give the team a call back to check what's happening on 789 from a Virgin Mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.

 

I'd be very keen to hear the outcome so please keep me posted.
