Sorry you're having some issues setting up the SIM.
Could I just ask how long you've had the SIM? Also, is it Pay As You Go?
If it's Pay As You Go and it's not been used in more than 6 months it's possible it's been deactivated due to inactivity.
This is because we only have a finite supply of numbers, so unused numbers are recycled and eventually re-assigned to new customers.
In this case, the best bet would be to order a new SIM free of charge from our website here.
