I got an email when I joined Virgin mobile asking me to register to manage my account . I was transferring from EE so I waited until my PAC number registered to keep my old number then registered( or tried) it failed. I tried the new Virgin number they gave me befor I told them I wanted to keep my old number, that failed too!
Who can I call to sort this out? ( at no cost to me)
Getting a bad feeling already about changing to Vifgin as I had no hassles with EE who I just dialed their free helpline or text them and any queries were quickly sorted )
