I can no longer see recent usage since last bill

I can no longer see details of calls, texts and data usage on the account summary, is this due to the website update?

Welcome to the community

 

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to see your recent usage for calls, texts and data. 

 

It is due to the update of the website, the feature is unavailable for Pay As You Go but is available for Pay Monthly.

Hi Mat,

Yes I can, I've logged in today and see the recent usage is now there, although the filters are very complex! Are there plans to use the same filters as on the online bill, where you can select more than one at a time?
