I am aboard but need help to cancel rolling SIM contract

Hello,
I just want to cancel a rolling monthly SIM contract which I don't need anymore - can you help?

Really frustrating that there is no means of contacting VM by email.

+447953967967 is the number for contacting customer services from abroad.

You could try the web chat but it is often busy

notice of cancellation must be given either by calling in (+447953 967 967 from abroad) or by by writing a letter:

If writing in please ensure that as well as your intent to cancel, you give your full name and address, VM phone number and contact details.

Yes, thanks.  Had to call in when I returned from my holiday.

Still not impressed that I am totally able to order a new SIM contract online, without any human interaction, but cancelling one requires a phone call.  Strikes me as an unnecessary hurdle for a customer to have to leap over.
