I use a Nokia 215 on the Virgin network. A family member got a new mobile phone on the EE network at Christmas. I was able to call the number without any problem. I now find when I dial the number I get the message "calls to this number are barred". No one else has this problem with the number. I can ring the number okay from another mobile and my landline. I rang 150 tonight and the staff member reset my settings. I rang the EE number again later but no change. The girl I was speaking to was to ring me back in five minutes. I am still waiting on that call two hours later. Can anyone help ?
Alexkid, Thanks for your answer which does clarify the issue a little for me while not actually solving my problem. Yes the number does begin with 0739. You say "their response" that it has not been added to the Virgin Network yet. Is that the response from Virgin itself or EE ?
