How to complain/send email

Cannot believe Virgin! Ordered two new sim cards for two new iphones - very clearly explained which two numbers they were for (we have four Virgin numbers). Put them into phones today and they are both for the same wrong number ( mine , so now we have 3 mobiles on the same number!). Phoned and they are not around till Monday. How do I log a complaint by email and get new sims set out asap?

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I deeply apologise for the mix up with the SIM cards. This is clearly frustrating in its own right but even more so because of the holiday period.


I can see it has been a few days since you posted, have you managed to get back in contact with the team? I really hope this has been rectified quickly for you.
