I cannot find anything on my Virgin Mobile 'My account' that actually says how long I've had my current contract on my mobile - any ideas how to find out from the self-service 'My Account'?
log into Your Account and click on the 'Plan and device' tab from the row near the top of the page.I'm using a desktop computer it may look different on your phone or tablet. It will show:
Contract start date
Contract term (length)
Next upgrade date
Your refresh date
The 'Billing' tab will show:
Contract term (end date)
