How do I claim compensation for international roaming outage?

I bought an international data roaming package but then international roaming stopped working.

How can I claim some compensation, or at least a refund of my purchase?

If you call 789 you may get a refund if you ask, the T&C's say the will endeavour to supply the service, or such stuff, and as its not a business account they will not offer compo

But by all means try

I am sorry to read about the roaming being unsuccessful whilst abroad. While we work to our best ability to supply you with the data to roam at a reduced overall cost, there are some issues that are out of our control, for instance foreign carriers. If the fault is with our own then please contact our customer support team as mentioned by J0hn and I'm sure we can sort it.
