I am sorry to read about the roaming being unsuccessful whilst abroad. While we work to our best ability to supply you with the data to roam at a reduced overall cost, there are some issues that are out of our control, for instance foreign carriers. If the fault is with our own then please contact our customer support team as mentioned by J0hn and I'm sure we can sort it.
