I did not purchase my phone from you.
However, my wife, did purchase her phone from you and also wants to change the IMEI and make of phone on her web account.

You wouldn't be able to update the online account to any phone that's not from us I'm afraid.
With regards to your wifes phone, give us a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789 and we'll make sure that the phone is registered to your account.

The online Virgin account section will only display phones that have been purchased from us I'm afraid.
