Thanks for your reply. l am trying to email Virgin mobile to attach some copies of texts received confirming my call limit . My wife used my phone for 16 minutes.on ending the call to her elderly aunt for some unknown reason the phone re-called the aunt and stayed open for nine hours costing £131. Her aunt says she never had another call but Virgin wont here of it and were very rude cutting off my call. The texts state that l have reached my limit, then a minute later that l have 95%, then 75% of my limit. l need to contact them direct not through the foreign call centre. Regards Alan
a PM is a private message. Very easy to do and you will be able to include the attachments.
If using a PC hover your pointer over Mat's name or avatar (picture of his face) and a box will pop up with "send message" at the bottom left. (Alternatively, click on either and it takes you to Mat's profile - "Send me a message" is at the top right of that page).
Click on that and you can type your message and include any attachments and send it to Mat (just like an email).
