Just a quick question how long does it take to actually get your Sim card VM reckons it was posted last Fri 6th Still not got... However they manged to send a bill on the 10th and also Direct Debit details on the 12th.
How on earth can you get a bill before you get the Sim, I have contacted them but all you get is someone who speaks broken English and as not clue what you are on about.
There is o way I am paying for something I dont have should I cancel the Direct Debit

Well, despite yesterday's text advising my number would port, it hasn't. It seems the Customer Service rep with whom I did the PAC ritual may have been right; that the port may happen either tomorrow or perhaps Monday.
I'm carrying around a spare phone with the Virgin SIM, so it's not a massive inconvenience, but it is just irritating that little basic things aren't done properly.
So far, the only saving grace that has kept me from cancelling is the fact that I get good signal in areas previously bereft of any.
