My virgin mobile has bean reject at the moment and i can to contact whem...what i should do???

You need to wait for the forum team to contact you here. They will send a private message (little red envelope at the top left of the screen) to get more information about what the problem is. You won't be able to discuss it on the public form due to data protection issues.
