Sorry to hear your mobile is displaying no SIM with limited service.
Generally this is usually down to a faulty SIM or possibly the handset itself.
You could try removing the SIM and battery put them both back in the phone and then reboot the phone if you've not given this a try already. If you could try another SIM in the handset and it works it would prove there's an issue with the SIM.
