Dont bother phoning 789, Their Customer Service people are a joke, even if you get one that understands English and speaks it as well  chances are they wont actually be able to help you. The last one I spoke to was an American and he was just downright rude!

Hi, Yampyuk

If its a technical problem we may be able to help fix it on the forum but if its a billing or account problem your best to call on 789 from your Virgin Media phone or 0345 6000 789* from any phone

Please let me know and I'll happily assist further.

Thanks

Welcome to the most friendliest community.

Have you got technical problem post it and we will help you fix it.

I would give up all hope if I were you. You've more chance of seeing the Deity than getting fast answers from any part of the Virgin-on-the-Ridiculous Empire.
