I placed an order on Friday. It said I would be contacted in 24 hours due to a technical issue.
I am also unable to log in to my account it says, Oops, something went wrong".
I don't know what has happened to my order or even if I need to re-order.
Anyone help or advise please
you could call Virgin Mobile customer services on 789 from a Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.
Alternatively wait and hope that a member of the Virgin team responds to you via this thread.
