Help! Can't access my mobile account

Hello,

I just ordered a Pay as you Go Sim and verified my email address.  Once I login it shows My Profile details but then as soon as I click any other tab such as Plan & Device it just says "Oops Something's Gone Wrong. Please check back later."  It's been a few hours now and it keeps saying the same thing.

I'm concerned it will keep saying this when I receive my Sim in the mail and I will have no way to access my online account.

Please help, thanks!

It won't work until the sim is despatched as until it is programmed there is no info to show ( up until programming it can be stopped)
