How will I know if I have 4 g

Your mobile/cell phone will show the text '4G' in the top left area of the screen, if you aren't getting 4G reception it will list 3G or 2G there.

Thanks found it in settings, but should i qualify for data rollover?

Generally tariff allowances don't have carry overs from the prior billing period/month.  Maybe they can manually add to an existing allowance period, but I don't know about that. As to being eligible, that would entirely depend on the situation. Like, if VM were responsible for you not getting the 4G signal then yes, but in the case of a setting off in your mobile/cell phone then you'd have be very persuasive when making a request of that kind.

You will need to request it, and it will cost you a bit more money, & be dependent on what sort of mobile deal you are on, ie sim only deal etc. Regards Micky
