Hi I am confused if I have being approved for the mobile contract or not I ve had 4 emails from virgin mobile which consist of:
one: welcome to your account
two: to confirm the account
three: the three emails that come separately to sign the agreement
four: the thanks for your order email with summary of what just ordered

Getting the same every day - the system is screwed.
Only way is to ring 789 from Virgin Phone or 0345 6000 789 from any other.

them numbers do not work
Just rang the 0345 number and it is working fine for me.
Can't ring 789 as my main phone is not Virgin
If you have Virgin media ring 150 and select the mobile option
think it was my mobile not liking the number!! and m8s phone line playing up!! sorted glad I rang them tho as there system cocked up
