As far as I'm aware everything is fully operational. If you're still having this issue, I'd suggest sending an MMS message to yourself to re-activate the service.

Similar to another post where the op stated that she was unable to make any calls from her mobile, not even to 789,
One of the 'staff' suggested she 'phoned 789 and someone from the service department would be able to help her'!!

Thanks for coming back to us. Sorry it has been a while since we last posted. I'll happily provide some support. Could you please answer the following questions:-
Was your 3G switched on when you sent the message?
Were you able to browse the internet with 3G?
If you weren't able to then it's possible your phone needs to be set up again. You can find instructions on how to do this here.
