I've had my Galaxy S3 mini for just coming up 2 years. I've never been able to download apps because I can't get on to Google Playstore. Error while retrieving information from server [RH-01] is the message that comes up. Have tried a factory reset which didn't help.
I've always thought it to be my problem as I'm not very good with technology but no one else seems to be able to sort it either. Looks like I've been paying for a problem phone for two years.

Once your device has restarted Google Play Store should work.
