I agree ! the customer service is shocking, Three times i rang them yesterday and each time they could not understand me or my problem and its still not resolved,

I know what yo meani rang this morning about my mobile number being transferred over to them ment to be done monday the said today it was done tuesday but I still cant text any one or no one can text me either got to ring them back in 2 hours its getting a bit stressful now ive even pm on here to the tech team but no replies.

Hi mat only just seen this still not getting anywhere .still cant receive texts or text anyone and phone calls only can ring out getting frustrated with it now

That I was put in a que because vodafone are holding back on the mobile numbers I rang three times on thursday .I did give my pac code to vm on the 24/4/2015.

It sounds as if Vodafone have not ported the number over on their end.

 

I'm afraid we'd have no control of this from our side. Our number porting team will be doing all they can to ensure that this is fixed as soon as possible.

I rang my son phone and it do show my number I wanted to port over. But when I try and text him it says these services need to be activated by th service provider.
